Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Helping Hand Public Charitable Trust, we deeply value the trust and support of our donors and well-wishers. Your contributions help us continue our mission to support underprivileged children, empower youth and women, care for the elderly, and feed those in need.

To ensure transparency and accountability, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy

• All donations made to Helping Hand Public Charitable Trust are non-refundable.

• Once a donation has been successfully processed through our payment gateway, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or transferred to another person or cause.

• Please ensure you have verified all information (amount, cause, and payment details) before making the donation.

• In case of accidental or duplicate donations, or if you experience a technical error during the transaction, please contact us within 7 working days of the transaction.

• Upon verification, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

• Donations made towards specific campaigns, sponsorships, or fundraising events are used exclusively for that purpose and are non-refundable once allocated.

• If an event is canceled or postponed, donors may choose to reallocate their donation to another active project or keep it as a general fund contribution.

• Donors who have opted for monthly or recurring donations can cancel future payments by notifying us via email at info@helpinghandtrust.in at least 10 days before the next scheduled payment date.
